OCAS Institutional Bar Association is an online assignment, evaluation and process monitoring system specially prepared and developed to fulfill the powers and obligations of assigning lawyers and attorneys within the scope of CMK. OCAS Institution provides communication between the Institutions requesting a lawyer and attorney from the Bar Association within the scope of the CMK, and the Bar Association and the Lawyers working within the scope of the CMK. It serves our Bar Associations with a structure that is easy to use, can be accessed from anywhere, can be used from any computer, and supported by mobile applications, such as service supports, TBB and Ministry reporting and payment transactions.
